The airshow in Huntington Beach CA is always spectacular. The 2017 Airshow was photographed from the beach. This time I was sailed to a prime location by my good friend Casey to a choice vantage point in the ocean just off the coast. I enjoyed the challenge of steadying the camera to capture these fast moving planes while rocking in the waves. It was a great day of sailing and photography.
The size of the Image (pixels) determine the level of sharpness and clarity for print applications. For more discussion on this, refer to: What Is High Resolution?. In general, 300 pixels/inch (or dpi) produce a high quality print. For larger wall murals where the distance of the viewer is greater, much lower dpi numbers will produce a good result.
