One of my favorite vantage points for a panoramic photograph in Southern California is the Crescent Bay Drive viewing location. From this spot on the ocean you get a fantastically charming view of the entire coastline of Laguna Beach, CA.

This image was taken just after sunset with a fairly slow shutter speed, which gives it that magical glow. The rare condition of a beautiful cloud layer without the normal coastal fog makes for an incredible representation of a Laguna Beach night.

The image is very wide, but at 836 megapixels there are several excellent cropped versions that can be made available upon request.
