Description

This image in Kihei, Maui of palm trees on the ocean, with the island of Kaho’olawe in the background, was taken from a wider vantage point than Maui Beach at Kihei to offer a wider view of this serene beach cove. This version was photographed at 30mm as a backup plan in case the larger image could not be assembled, as is sometimes the case when stitching complex compositions together.  It is relatively small (90mpix) for my work, but the composition quality and slightly more square aspect ratio will produce an excellent print in many applications.
