This quite beach was the destination of our pre-dawn walks since it was near the hotel.  With the time zone working in our favor by about three hours, it was easy to get there early enough to enjoy the boisterous greetings of the roosters in the nearby trees.  Once on the beach we tried to find sand crabs who were still in process of throwing out the V-shaped spray patterns of sand from their temporary dwelling holes.  Further down, towards the blue house directly on the water, there were never fewer than four sea turtles resting on the shore near the dozen or so people with their floating tackle boxes who were fishing.
